Mr. Faremouth is the is the co-owner and partner of Public & Private Consulting Group. He has more than 25 years of experience leading professionals in procurement, strategic sourcing, software asset management, and vendor management in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Faremouth has spent the past 15 years as a Director of IT Procurement and IT Infrastructure at the State of Michigan within the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB).
Mr. Faremouth will lead the Procurement practice at Public & Private Consulting Group, where it has established success for its clients in Michigan, Illinois and across the United States, including Washington D.C. and overseas.

Mr. Beauchamp has over 15 years of experience in the Michigan public sector, where he established critical IT processes, including the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, SUITE methodology, and IT Governance frameworks. With deep expertise in IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation, he has developed strong relationships with state agency leaders and played a key role in legislative and policy initiatives.
As a proven leader, Mr. Beauchamp will drive client strategy development, prioritize engagement efforts, and lead business development activities to cultivate strategic relationships and deliver actionable insights for client pursuits.
Sean Koglin

Mr. Koglin brings over 22 years of IT consulting experience in strategy, investment management, governance, and delivery across public and private sectors. During his 10 years with Michigan's Department of Technology Management and Budget, he led the integration of state agency systems into the 2018 ERP implementation and introduced the ValIT™ framework to streamline application portfolio management.
As a trusted advisor, Mr. Koglin supports client strategy development, business capture, and RFP planning, focusing on enhancing value propositions and aligning priorities to drive successful business pursuits.

Bob is a trusted public safety strategist, dedicated to addressing mental wellness crises and enhancing first responder performance through AI-driven solutions and innovative programs. His leadership at the National Law Enforcement and Firefighters' Foundation grew fundraising from $1.5 million to $18 million, establishing impactful initiatives like National First Responders Day. A member of the IACP, MACP, and a Boots on the Ground supporter, Bob bridges technology, operational success, and mental wellness to drive meaningful progress in the public safety ecosystem.

Jennifer Hull is a Public Safety Strategist with over 23 years of distinguished service in law enforcement, specializing in corrections, dispatch, and frontline operations. As a former Staff Sergeant, she gained deep expertise in managing inmate rehabilitation, facility security, and inter-agency collaboration, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by first responders and the justice system. Jennifer is also a member of Michigan’s Line of Duty Death (LODD) team, where she provides critical support to officers and their families during their most difficult moments. In addition, she is a passionate advocate for mental health, championing programs and resources that address the unique stresses of first responders while working to reduce stigma and enhance resilience. Through her efforts in education, mentorship, and advocacy, Jennifer continues to drive meaningful change in public safety and the well-being of those who serve.

A recognized expert in highway safety and alcohol laws, he is a nationally sought-after speaker and consultant, frequently advising on public safety and regulatory matters. Scott is deeply involved in leadership roles, having served on numerous boards such as the Child Abuse Protocol Board and the Association of Chiefs of Police Traffic Safety Committee. As Past Chair of the Michigan Society of Association Executives and Executive Director of the Michigan Licensed Beverage Association, he excels in ensuring efficient oversight of lobbying efforts, fostering compliance, and driving results for organizational objectives.
