Procurement Gain
Procurement Gain affords government agencies the opportunity to reduce their cost on hardware or services at no direct cost to the organization. Procurement gain is the process of negotiating a larger discount percentage on the hardware an agency purchases from a vendor, and then the savings are divided up between the government agency and P&PCG. This allows the public agency to reduce it's cost on hardware and services, and not have to directly pay for the services of P&PCG.
